- Equipment Drop-Off Appointment
Schedule a time to drop off your equipment at NMR for evalution, repair, maintenance, diagnostics, warranty evaluation, or technical service. Completing the intake form before arrival helps our technicians prepare for your equipment assessment and reduces check-in time. Please bring any relevant accessories, hoses, spray guns, tips, or power cords related to the issue being experienced. If you do not believe that any of the accessories are causing the issue with the machine, please do not include them in the drop off to reduce time. Upon arrival, our team will review the reported issue, document the equipment, and begin the evalution process. Over 25 years ago, Nino and his father, Nino Sr., turned their shared mechanical skills into something bigger than a hobby. Their hard work became a trusted name in professional spray equipment service. After retiring from running his own auto body shop, Nino Sr. began helping local contractors repair their sprayers, often for free. His son, still in high school at the time, would join him after class, learning the trade one repair at a time. What began as small favors for friends soon grew into a business. Nino started taking on more service work, sending out handwritten faxes and making on-site repairs across New Jersey. Within a few years, NMR expanded into New York, partnering with major distributors like Sherwin-Williams and becoming a trusted service provider for professionals across the region. Processing times may vary depending on inventory, vendor schedules, and order volume. Standard Processing Times In-stock items: 1–3 business days Drop-ship items: Subject to manufacturer processing times (typically 5 - 7 business days) Special-order or backordered items: Processing time will be confirmed via email Orders are not processed on weekends or federal holidays. Please note: Because many of our products ship directly from the manufacturer, processing times are controlled by the vendor and may differ from NMR Spray’s internal timeline. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are determined by: Product size and weight Destination address Delivery speed selected Vendor shipping fees Carrier rates Freight requirements (for oversized or heavy items) Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout or provided in your invoice.
