Refund Policy

NMR Returns & Refunds Policy

At NMR, we are committed to providing high-quality equipment and dependable service. Because most of the products sold through NMR are manufactured and supplied by third-party vendors, all returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranty claims are primarily subject to the policies and approval of the original manufacturer or supplier.

As an authorized dealer and service provider, NMR does not manufacture the equipment we sell and therefore cannot independently authorize refunds or returns outside of the terms established by the manufacturer. If a return or refund request is submitted, our team will review the request and coordinate directly with the manufacturer or vendor to determine eligibility based on their policies, warranty terms, and the condition of the product.

We are always happy to assist customers throughout this process and will work with the manufacturer on your behalf whenever possible.

Return Eligibility

In order to be considered for return approval, products must generally meet the following conditions:

  • The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging

  • All original components, accessories, and documentation must be included

  • The return must be approved by the manufacturer or supplier

Items that have been used, altered, installed, damaged, or modified may not qualify for return or refund unless covered under a manufacturer warranty.

Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to manufacturer restocking fees. These fees are determined by the vendor and typically range between 15% and 25% of the original purchase price. Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount once the return is processed.

Customers may also be responsible for return shipping costs, handling fees, or other charges required by the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Custom or special-order equipment

  • Made-to-order products

  • Used or installed equipment

  • Products damaged due to improper use or installation

These items are typically ordered specifically for the customer and cannot be restocked or resold.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment by contacting our team as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, or shipped by the manufacturer or distributor, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Depending on the vendor’s policies, cancelled orders may be subject to processing or restocking fees. Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once ordering or production has begun.

Shipping Damage

Customers must inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.

If a package arrives damaged, customers should:

  1. Note the damage with the delivery carrier at the time of delivery

  2. Take clear photographs of the packaging and damaged product

  3. Notify NMR within 48 hours of delivery

This information is required to file a damage claim with the shipping carrier or manufacturer. Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.

Warranty Claims

If a product is defective or experiencing issues covered under a manufacturer warranty, please contact our team. NMR will assist in coordinating warranty service, repair, or replacement through the manufacturer in accordance with their warranty terms.

Warranty coverage, timelines, and eligibility are determined solely by the manufacturer.

Pricing & Product Availability

Product pricing, specifications, and availability may change without notice based on manufacturer updates or supply conditions. NMR reserves the right to correct pricing errors, product descriptions, or availability information at any time.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

By purchasing products from NMR, the customer agrees to contact NMR directly to resolve any order concerns before initiating a credit card dispute or chargeback with their payment provider. Many issues, including manufacturer warranty claims, shipping damage, or return requests, can often be resolved quickly with our assistance. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter with NMR may delay the resolution process and could result in additional administrative review. NMR reserves the right to provide documentation, including order confirmations, delivery confirmations, manufacturer policies, and communication records, to financial institutions in response to any dispute. Customers agree to follow the return, refund, and warranty procedures outlined in this policy when requesting assistance with an order.
