FAQ Frequently asked questions Where is NMR Spray located? We are based in Orange, New Jersey and serve contractors and business professionals nationwide. What are the hours for the shop? Our shop in New Jersey is open Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM). We are closed on the weekend. How can I contact NMR Spray? You can reach our team via email shop@nmrspray.com, or call our office during business hours for assistance (973) 672 - 2072. How long does a repair take? Most repairs are completed within 3 - 5 business days after we receive the equipment, but turnaround times can vary depending on shop workload, equipment type, and parts availability. Our team works efficiently to complete every repair as quickly as possible while maintaining top-quality service. We will always keep you updated on your repair status. Can I drop-off my machine in person? Yes. We welcome local drop-offs at our shop. Please call ahead of time so we can expect you. Can I ship my equipment to be serviced if I am not local? Yes! We ask that you fill out our online form ahead of time before shipping your equipment. Once we receive your package and form submission, we will tag your equipment and add it to the line to be repaired. Do you provide equipment drop-off assistance? Our technicians are available to assist with unloading equipment upon arrival. We can help lift machines from your vehicle, and for heavier units, we have ramps and a forklift on-site. If you require the use of the forklift, please call ahead to schedule your drop-off so our team can prepare and allocate time during the workday to assist you safely. Where should I drop-off my equipment? Equipment should be dropped off in front of the garage section of our shop. A bell is located at the front door to alert our office when you arrive — once notified, a team member will open the garage to assist with your drop-off. Please do not bring machines into the front hallway, as all equipment is received and handled through the garage for safety and efficiency. Do I need to bring ID or any business credentials? We ask that all new customers dropping off equipment provide a business card and personal identification at the time of drop-off. For equipment purchases, customers are required to present two forms of identification (such as a driver’s license and credit card) due to the nature of large transactions. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. What should I do if there is paint in my machine? Please properly secure the paint in your machine before dropping off your equipment to avoid any leaking in our space. Do I need to bring a spray gun and hose when dropping off my equipment to be serviced? Please only include your spray gun and hose if you believe there is an issue with them and would like them tested as part of the repair. If your gun and hose are in good working condition, we ask that you do not bring them with your machine. This helps us save time on diagnostics and reduces your overall repair costs. What happens if I don't pickup my equipment? All repaired equipment must be picked up within 90 days or by law it is filed as abandoned and becomes our property. We strongly suggest picking up your equipment as soon as possible. We do not allow customers to store their equipment in our shop.
