Cancellation Policy

All Private On-Site Training Sessions are subject to approval by NMR. Submission of a booking request does not guarantee confirmation. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session once approved. The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance. Requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Travel fees may apply for locations outside a 25-mile radius. Extended travel may require a custom quote. NMR reserves the right to decline or reschedule bookings based on technician availability, location, equipment type, or safety considerations. Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe working environment, adequate ventilation, and proper electrical access at the training location. Parts, replacement components, or additional repair services are billed separately. NMR is not liable for equipment for the operation, handling, and ongoing maintenance of their equipment before, during, and after the training session. NMR is not liable for equipment damage, operational errors, injury, or loss resulting from misuse, improper application of instruction, pre-existing equipment conditions, failure to follow manufacturer guidelines, or unsafe working environments. Any hand-on operation of equipment by the client or their team during the session is performed at their own risk.
